2010 Awards Program Sponsor Opportunities
Keep Manatee Beautiful is hosting its 13th Annual Awards Program and Luncheon to be held at the Bradenton Country Club (4646 9th Ave. W.) on September 16, 2010. We would be honored by your participation in this vital program.
Businesses, governmental agencies, schools, organizations and citizens will be receiving awards for demonstrating leadership as a result of surpassing the norm in litter cleanup and prevention, beautification, and minimizing the impacts of waste in Manatee County.
Last year, our 5,597 volunteers donated 21,161 hours of their time to enhance our highways, roads, parks and shores that included beautifying 14 sites with 290 trees and removing 70,123 pounds of litter. We are excited to applaud their accomplishments in keeping Manatee County a beautiful and litter-free community.
The generosity and commitment of community leaders such as yourselves are vital to the ongoing success of our programs. Your support of the 2010 Annual Awards Program is greatly appreciated. Sponsorship levels this year are as follows:

Seeking Nominations for the 2010 Awards Program
Keep Manatee Beautiful, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the beautification of Manatee County, announces its annual Awards Program. The objective of this program is to promote litter cleanup and prevention, recycling and landscaping throughout Manatee County, by honoring businesses, government agencies, neighborhoods, multi-family communities and individuals for their outstanding efforts. Award recipients will be announced on September 16, 2010.

2010 Golf Tournament

This year’s Keep Manatee Beautiful Golf Tournament took place at Tara Golf & Country Club on May 21, 2010 raising $11,728. The proceeds will be used for litter prevention, beautification and environmental improvement of Manatee County’s public properties through increased community awareness, education and involvement.
