As we continue to learn more about COVID-19 and its impact on Manatee County, we encourage you to please take precautions and follow the advice of health experts. Help prevent the spread of coronavirus. Experts recommend you wash your hands thoroughly, cover your mouth with a tissue or sleeve when coughing and sneezing, avoid contact with people who are sick and stay home when you are sick.
Your safety and ours are of the utmost priority to the Keep Manatee Beautiful team. Therefore, we are postponing our upcoming Great American Cleanup and Earth Day. We are also taking further measures to keep our volunteers and staff safe. We are not distributing supplies such as bags, vests, pickers, gloves and road work signs. Our office will be closed and staff will be working from home until further notice. You can still contact the KMB team via email at keep@manateebeautiful.com or call (941) 757-7294.
We encourage you to please follow all safety warnings and advice. For all local updates on coronavirus, text “ManateeReady” to 888-777. If you have any questions, contact the Manatee County Health Department at (941) 242-6649 or the Florida Department of Health at (866) 779-6121.
Please be safe.
