Join Keep Manatee Beautiful for a community-wide cleanup on March 7 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, part of the Great American Cleanup, a nationwide effort to keep our neighborhoods, waterways, and public spaces clean and beautiful.

Volunteers can choose their cleanup experience based on interest and comfort level, including:

  • Water-based cleanup (bring your own kayak or paddle craft)

  • Beach cleanup at King Fish Boat Ramp

  • Causeway cleanup at Palma Sola Causeway

  • Causeway Cleanup – Palma Sola

    Make a visible impact along the Palma Sola Causeway by collecting litter from shorelines and public spaces. This cleanup helps keep one of Manatee County’s most traveled corridors clean and safe. Supplies provided.

  • Kingfish Boat Ramp

    Join us for a hands-on beach cleanup at King Fish Boat Ramp. Help remove litter and protect coastal habitats while enjoying a beautiful waterfront location.

  • Roadside – Neal Preserve

    Help clean up roadsides and surrounding areas at Neal Preserve, improving safety and protecting nearby natural spaces from litter runoff. Supplies provided.

  • Watercraft

    Bring your own kayak, paddleboard, or boat. Help protect our waterways by removing debris from the water. Volunteers will launch from designated areas and clean.
