International Coastal Cleanup

International Coastal Cleanup is a global initiative dedicated to protecting our oceans, waterways, and shorelines through hands-on community action. Each year, volunteers around the world come together to remove litter and debris from beaches, waterways, and coastal environments while collecting valuable data that helps identify pollution sources and inform long-term solutions.

Through organized cleanup events, the International Coastal Cleanup raises awareness about the impacts of marine debris, promotes environmental stewardship, and empowers individuals, businesses, and community groups to take meaningful action for cleaner, healthier coastlines. The program not only improves the appearance and health of coastal areas, but also contributes to broader efforts to protect wildlife, water quality, and local ecosystems.

By participating in the International Coastal Cleanup, volunteers play a direct role in preserving natural resources and ensuring that coastal and marine environments remain vibrant and accessible for future generations.
