About the Event

Join Keep Manatee Beautiful for our First Saturday Community Cleanup at Ola Mae Sims Park in Parrish! This monthly volunteer event brings neighbors together to care for our local parks, green spaces, and waterways while making a visible impact in our community.

Volunteers will help remove litter, improve the park’s appearance, and protect the natural environment that makes Manatee County such a special place to live. All cleanup supplies will be provided, and volunteers of all ages are welcome.

For safety, closed-toe shoes are required. We also recommend bringing water, sunscreen, and a reusable bottle.

Whether you’re a returning volunteer or joining us for the first time, this is a great opportunity to give back, meet others who care about our community, and start your weekend doing something meaningful.

Date: February 7

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
