Volunteers are recruited to clean, beautify and improve roadsides, shores, parks and neighborhoods throughout Manatee County. Those with flat-bottom boats, canoes and kayaks can help remove litter from Braden River and Wares Creek.

Other volunteers can participate at the following locations:

  • Anna Maria City Hall at 10005 Gulf Dr.
  • Historic Wares Creek at Bradenton Woman’s Club, 1705 Manatee Ave.
  • Kingfish Boat Ramp on S.R. 64 W., west of drawbridge in Holmes Beach
  • F.I.S.H. Preserve at 11601 Cortez Road W.
  • SR 64 Boat Ramp on S.R. 64 E., west of bridge across Braden River
