The International Coastal Cleanup is sponsored by the Ocean Conservancy. Locally, Keep Manatee Beautiful coordinates Adopt-A-Highway, Road and Shore groups to do cleanups on their adopted sections. In addition, other volunteers can report to check-in centers around the county.
